No. 5n5n strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Having multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in suspension of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any balances and bonuses. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option on the Login page or reach out to our support team.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at 5n5n, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Head to the Login page and click on "Forgot Password." Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your 5n5n account. We'll send a reset link or OTP right away. Follow the instructions to create a new password. For security, we recommend using a password that's at least eight characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using the same password you use on other platforms.

Deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and Coins.ph are usually instant — your 5n5n balance updates in real time. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically process within a few minutes, while PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll look into it right away.

The minimum deposit at 5n5n is ₱50 for most payment methods, making it accessible for all types of players — whether you're a casual bettor or a serious high roller. Some payment channels may have their own minimum transfer limits (e.g., GCash has its own ₱1 minimum), so the effective minimum may vary slightly. Always check the cashier page for the latest deposit limits.

Most withdrawals at 5n5n are processed within one to three hours during business hours. GCash and Maya cashouts are usually the fastest — many players receive their winnings in under an hour. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Large withdrawals may require an additional review, but our team will notify you if that's the case.

5n5n does not charge any withdrawal fees on its end. However, some e-wallets or banks may have their own service charges for incoming transfers — it's worth checking with your provider. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There's no cap on how much you can withdraw, though very large cashouts may be processed in batches.

Most 5n5n bonuses are automatically credited to your account after qualifying. Some promos require a bonus code — if one is needed, it will be clearly stated on the Promotions page. Enter the code in the designated field when making a deposit. If a bonus was not credited automatically and you believe you qualify, contact our support team within 24 hours of the qualifying action.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or playthrough) is the number of times you need to wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱5,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100% while table games may contribute less. Full details are always listed in the specific promo's terms.
